It is a separate thing from [personal Premium](/nova-bot/premium.md): personal Premium upgrades *your own* limits and alert types wherever you go; a **community plan** belongs to the *server/group* and powers the features that work on the whole room — Guardian, Language Moderation, Pulse + Concierge, Community Games, daily snacks. One community plan can even cover **both** your Discord server *and* your Telegram group together. **Who can manage it:** only a server/group **admin**, and only **inside the community** (not in a DM). Members never need to do anything — features the plan unlocks work for everyone in it. *** ## Plans There is **one paid plan**. One subscription covers **one Discord server and one Telegram group** — a project running both gets both on a single plan; a second Discord server needs a second subscription. ### Allowance & fair-use budgets The **monthly AI allowance** covers everything the suite spends on your community — Guardian verdicts, language checks, Pulse briefs, Concierge answers, Games — and the per-feature numbers in the table are daily/weekly fair-use budgets on the same allowance. Hitting a cap is never a blackout: only the AI part of that feature pauses (daily budgets reset at midnight UTC, weekly ones on Monday, the allowance when the month rolls over), while everything non-AI keeps working — Guardian's flood protection and built-in heuristics, script-based language detection, XP, leaderboards, giveaways, scheduled messages, and mod alerts. Knowledge docs and scheduled messages are *slot* limits, not spend (removing one frees a slot), your Knowledge docs are **never deleted on downgrade**, and settings you configured (like a daily snacks cadence) are kept, not overwritten, so upgrading restores them. Admins can check usage anytime — feature status commands (*"is Guardian on?"*), *"how much AI have we used?"*, or the [Community page](https://nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community). The same principle applies on the Free plan's 1M-token allowance; Enterprise exists for communities that legitimately need more. ### Already using Nova? What happens when the FREE plan goes live If your community was using Nova's features **before** the FREE/PRO plans launched, here's the transition — designed so nothing you rely on breaks: * **Nothing gets turned off.** Every feature you enabled stays enabled, configured exactly as you left it. * Your community is placed on the **Free plan** automatically, so the fair-use budgets in the table above start applying (Guardian 20 AI scans/day, language checks 50/day, and so on). Hitting a budget is never a blackout — see the list above for what each one degrades to. * **Your mod channel gets a one-time message from Nova** when this happens — one notice, once, explaining the same things this section does. It goes to your Guardian/Pulse mod channel if you have one, so members never see it. * Communities that had already purchased a plan (including the old Starter/Pro tiers) are unaffected — paid plans keep their full PRO experience, and legacy tiers are honored. Upgrading to **Community PRO** at any point lifts every budget to the PRO numbers — and settings you configured on Free (like a daily snacks cadence) come back automatically, they're never overwritten. ### Ops AI drafts A Premium perk for your admin team: inside your server/group, ask Nova to **write your announcements, community updates, and tweets** — *"@Nova draft an announcement about Friday's AMA"*, *"draft a tweet about the launch"*. Nova drafts like a pro copywriter, iterates through as many edit rounds as you want (edits are free — only each **new** draft counts toward the 30/week), then hands you the final text to post. Posting stays in your hands and under your accounts. *** ## Subscribe Buying is **two steps**: pay on the web, then switch it on in your community. The second step exists because the website has no way to know you're an admin of your server — but Nova, sitting *inside* it, does. ### Step 1 — Pay Go to [**nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/premium**](https://nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/premium) and find **Community PRO** (it's separate from personal Premium, further down the page). * Pick **monthly** or **yearly**. * Connect your **Stacks wallet** and pay with **USDC, sBTC, or STX**. No card, no account. Or just ask Nova in your server — *"@Nova subscribe"* — and it'll hand you a direct link to the checkout. ### Step 2 — Switch it on where you want it After paying you get an **activation code** that looks like `NOVA-7F3K-2M9P`. Go to the Discord server or Telegram group you want covered and, **as an admin**, send: ``` @Nova activate NOVA-7F3K-2M9P ``` Nova checks you're an admin there and switches the plan on: ``` ✅ Community PRO is now active in this server. If yours expires, grab a fresh one from your [Community page](https://nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community) — the **Community PRO** card has a **New code** button. {% endhint %} ### Covering both platforms Your subscription covers one Discord server **and** one Telegram group. Redeem a code in the first, then generate **a second code** from the [Community page](https://nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community) and redeem it in the other. ### Moving the plan to a different server On the [Community page](https://nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community), open the **Community PRO** card and hit **Unlink** next to a server/group. That frees the slot, and you can activate a fresh code somewhere else. *** ## Turning features on Paying unlocks the suite — it doesn't switch every feature on automatically (nobody wants a bot that suddenly starts deleting messages). Chat and web edit the same configuration. *** ## Track Usage & Manage * *"how much AI have we used?"* — 30-day token usage, cost, and how much of your monthly allowance is left. * *"cancel our subscription"* — stops renewal; **your features stay on until the paid period ends**, then the community returns to Free.
