Community Settings (Web Dashboard)
Everything in the community suite can be managed by talking to Nova β and now also from a web control room: nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community. One page shows every feature for your server/group as a card: flip it on or off, edit every setting in a form, and watch live usage against your plan's budgets.
Chat and web edit the same settings. A change you make on the web is what Nova sees in chat one message later, and vice versa β there are not two copies of your config, just two doors to the same one.
Getting in
Go to nova.zeroauthoritydao.com/community and sign in (Discord, Telegram, Google, or your Stacks wallet).
Managing a community requires a real sign-in. When you connect a Stacks wallet, Nova asks it to sign a one-time message β that signature is what proves the wallet is actually yours (an address alone is public information anyone could type in). If you skip the signature, the page opens in read-only mode: you can look, but saving settings, issuing activation codes, or linking a custom bot will ask you to sign in first. Reconnect your wallet and approve the signature to unlock editing β nothing to remember, no password.
Your communities appear automatically if you've ever set up a community feature in chat (e.g. "@Nova enable Guardian") β the admin who set it up owns it on the web too.
Starting from zero? The page walks you through it: create a community, get a short-lived activation code, and paste
@Nova activate YOUR-CODEin the server or group you admin. That in-chat step is how you prove you're an admin there β the website can't know that on its own.
Own several communities? A picker at the top switches between them. A community that spans both Discord and Telegram shows platform tabs inside each card β each platform keeps its own settings.
What you'll see
The header
Your community's name and its FREE / PRO badge, with an upgrade button on Free.
The servers/groups the community is linked to.
AI usage meters: tokens used this month against your plan's monthly allowance, plus your 30-day AI cost.
The feature cards
Cards are grouped the way the suite is organized:
Nova Soul
Nova Chat
Pooled member allowance + catch-up (PRO, automatic)
Nova Guardian
Anti-scam shield β mode, mod channel, auto-moderation, thresholds, allowlist
Nova Orbit
Nova Alerts
A pointer to the Alerts Hub on your Dashboard, where per-system alert subscriptions live
Dashboard names vs. docs names. The dashboard groups a few features under names these docs don't use: Ascend = Community Games' XP & leaderboards, Play = the games engine (trivia, giveaways, mod-run games), Ops = the moderation & drafting tools (AI drafts, language moderation, scheduled messages, X drafts), and Knowledge = the knowledge base documented on the Pulse page.
Expand any card to get:
On/off switch β enabling runs the same setup the chat flow does (Guardian arms auto-moderation by default, Pulse asks for a mod channel, Games/Snacks ask for a target channel).
Every setting as a form field β hours and timezones, cadences, thresholds, channels, toggles, custom instructions. Fields are validated the same way Nova validates them in chat.
PRO fields β marked with a
PROchip. On the Free tier they're locked with an upgrade pointer instead of failing silently.Free vs Community PRO caps β small chips showing each budget on both tiers (e.g. AI scans/day: 20 free Β· 500 PRO).
Live usage bars β today's/this week's spend against the budget: Guardian AI scans, language-mod AI checks, AI games, Pulse question scans & auto-answers, GM web searches, Knowledge imports, Ops drafts, and the Nova Chat pool (daily + monthly).
Some cards are informational. Nova Chat and catch-up work automatically on PRO (nothing to configure), Ascend's channels live on the Play card (shared settings), and Knowledge is content, not settings β you feed it in chat ("@Nova add this to the knowledge base") and the card shows your caps and import budget.
Moderator pings & plan management
Two more cards live here:
Moderator Alerts β choose who gets @pinged when a Guardian scam, language violation, or unanswered question fires.
Community plan β where your paid plan is active, activation codes for the platform you haven't covered yet, and Unlink to move the plan to a different server/group.
